ADD’s Customer Service team goes over a few features that customers can use to get the most out of their ADD accounts:
ADD Accounts Offer Unlimited Users:
Did you know you can easily and quickly add as many users to the account as you need? There is no maximum on the number of users allowed on the account and no cost to add users.
To add users, the contact user on the account can locate the Add User link on their ADD Dashboard. From there, simply fill out a few required pieces of information before having the new user print and sign the form and returning via faxing or emailing it over to the ADD office.
ADD Allows Companies to Create Invoices:
Any user on the account can easily create an invoice from the Add Credit portal on the account. When sending a check in the mail to add funds to your account simply include the printed invoice for more accurate placement of the funds.
ADD Offers a Referral Credit:
Did you know that if you refer another business to Auto Data Direct, your business can receive a referral credit? When the referred business lists your company name in the Referred By section on the account sign up application, $15 will be deposited in your company’s prepaid account upon completion of the new account set-up.
The ADD Office Has Moved:
