Just like each of our customer’s businesses, ADD has modified how we are working, but our commitment to providing quality customer service is the same. While our customer service representatives are working remotely, the hours are the same, and we can still assist in addressing any account issues that may come up. Live, personal customer service is available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday.
Florida ADDTag customers can still order temp tags Monday through Friday and have them shipped UPS. We do not provide in-house pickup during this time of social distancing, but we are happy to fulfill tag orders and get them to you in a timely manner.
Training on our system is a big part of how ADD assures that our customers get the most from their account tools. Once again, we aren’t going to skip a beat. Virtual training classes are available for customers using our DMV123, ELT, DirectPost-Office, and EFS. If you are interested in online training, just call or email our office, and the appropriate team member will follow up with class information.
