North Dakota Tow Notifications Available through DPO

ND

In conjunction with the addition of North Dakota records for DPPA qualified ADD customers, tow customers now have access to state approved Notification of Claim of Lien letters in our DirectPost-Office Certified Mail Tool. ADD has received approval from the North Dakota DMV to provide the service to its state’s tow/wrecker operators as an added tool for complying with state requirements.

ADD’s DirectPost-Office (DPO) certified mail product was launched in 2003 to provide Florida towing companies a simple way to send notification letters to owners, lienholders and insurers by creating certified mail and inserting the letters into the USPS mail stream electronically. Since then, DPO has expanded its letter services for towing operators in Texas, Alabama, Connecticut, Indiana, Georgia, Mississippi, North Dakota and Tennessee.

Incorporating DMV123 inquiries and ADD’s form tools, DPO provides a suite of letter services including repossession notices, notices to surrender motor vehicles and more. Used by many industries from tax collectors to automobile dealers, mechanics, repossession companies and towing companies, DPO’s easy-to-use tools allow you to effortlessly view, track, organize and archive all your mailings in one location.

If you have any questions about how your company can utilize DPO, email us or call one of our friendly and knowledgeable customer service representatives at 855-300-3455. Se habla español.
